One of the primary duties of this department is initial computations for regulation of contracts. Also this department is responsible for designing of industrial molds, machining fixtures and intricate tools requiring in manufacturing process with using of relevant software and the latest standards. Reverse engineering on different industrial components and technical knowledge codification for manufacturing process are one of the important duties of this department. Performing of reverse engineering process and designing by skillful engineers by using of up-to-date softwares such as: Catia, AutoCad, SolidWorks and ProEngineer and machining components and designed molds were performed by using of MasterCam and PowerMill.
Also using of power softwares at other fields:
• Procast for analyzing of melt within mold
• Abacus for analyzing of dynamic and static forces
• MoldFlow for plastic injection molds
• SuperForge for surveying of forging molds
